Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DC Foundation Pros collects, why, and how it is used. We are a referral service: our job is to connect people who need foundation work with independent local providers.

Information we collect

When you call us or submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, optional email, property address or ZIP code, and a description of your foundation problem. Our hosting may also record standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation of the website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, to connect you with an independent local foundation provider who can help with your problem, and to follow up about that connection. The provider you are connected with receives the project details relevant to serving you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing. If you would like your information corrected or deleted, call us at (202) 449-5049 and we will action your request.

Cookies

This website is a simple static site and does not run advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set its own technical cookies under Google's policies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the current version will always be posted on this page.
